I bought this product in Pune before 6 months.
At time of purchase sales person told that bill will be send by company via Currier.
Till now I have not received it even after reminding several times.
As per my experience company has nothing to do with customer once product is sold.
Its hard to believe that a company which is not very well recognized is so careless.
This clearly shows what kind of customer service it gives.
However product seems ok as of now, but without good service is not at all worth.
