Poor cutomer service

I bought this mobile on 16th August from Flipkart. I was facing voice clarity issue so I placed an exchange request on Flipkart(I was thinking the issue is with the product I received). I got my mobile replaced on 14th September. It was working good till 8th October. And suddenly it was dead. I contacted Flipkart and they replied I have to contact brand store directly as the 10 days warranty period has been expired. What is point if I have to take my newly purchased mobile to service center within 1 month. I strongly recommend not to even think about this mobile. And one important thing is, I was trying to post my review on Flipkart as wells as on mi site but they are not publishing my review on their site. They might be filtering negative reviews as a part of their business strategy.
