Well . I am a new member at MS and this is my first review.
LRL is a story about 6 cadets at KANCHENJUNGA MILITARY ACADEMY . This story involves a lot of action, humor, suspense, 2 spies and even a murder of a faculty member of the academy.
The main characters are:
NAINA SINGH ALLHUWALIA: A determined girl who has come to the academy mainly because her brother was a student of the academy and was killed due to some unknown reason. Her brother was an excellent student but was termed a "gaddar" after his death. Naina has mainly come to the academy to uncover the story behind her brother being termed a gaddar
POOJA GHAI: A completely confused young girl who is not into military but more into mobile phones and fashion. She does not really know what she wants in life and who she really loves.
HUDA: Huda is basically a punjabi chora who is always trying to get his way. He was originally a spy . I wonder what happened to that story. He has always tried to compare himself to Captain Rajveer who is Naina’s mentor, best friend, late brothers best friend and all that. Huda seems to be love with naina who really does not care. She is more bothered about her own mission and does not have time for him.
ALI: Ali is a total down-to-earth guy who is always making politically correct statements. He really loves Pooja but only wants to see her happy. He really does not have much of a role in this serial.
ALEKH: He is the only actual cool-dude of this academy. He is a prisoner who has been sent to this academy to understand what life is all about. He seems to be trust worthy as Naina has completely incolved him in her mission. He is a total daredevil and does everything without any tension.
UDI: He is 56% female when it comes to personality. He really does not have what it takes to be in the military. He has basically come to the military to escape his parents who are always coo-chi- cooing him. He is more of a joker and does not have any role when it comes to missions and tragedies.
The story in the beginning was very interesting and I would wait for 9:30 every night. But now, I hardly feel like watching it .
From missions, the serial has changed its track and is becoming a romance show where everyone is falling in love . To be honest, its turnin into one of Ekta’s creations . only a little better.
They are definitely potraying a wrong concept of student teacher relationships . in a military academy to make it worse .
Naina - Rajveer is an old story . but when the mentorship program began, the funniest thing was that the student and the mentor stayed in the same tent even if they were of opposite genders.
The part when the yoga teacher - simran, also udi’s mentor was trying to teach udi how to kiss him did go over-board.
The serial seems to be turning into a love square . where Rajveer, naina, huda, Dr ritu are involved .
The show has completely lost its glory and I really do hope it comes back on track.
