I used onky legrand switches and fan regualtors for my new home before three years . While purchasing products in it was told that they have ten years warranty . After three years fan regualtors failed one by one and now 7 regulators out of 10 is not not working .
When I tried to get service , I was told that only swithes have ten year warranty and regulator has only a year warranty. Then I asked their assistance to service ut on paymnet , they were not willing to do so also
I dont understand why showld we pay huge premium price for this ao called quality products if they give only one year warranty, instead it is better to go for a normal product with reasonable price as they also offer one year warranty.
So while planning to buy electronic regulator and switches please avoind legrand.
