Pathetic staff, pathetic service. They charge 500 for men’s advanced haircut with styling. I took a voucher from’Nearbuy’ for which I got 50% off. I already made the payment to nearbuy hence didnt have to pay anything at the salon. I sat on the chair there and this guy comes with all of his hair colored and tattoo on the neck said his name is’Shezaad’ I have never seen someone so bored and clueless about his job. Asked me in his low and boring voice, "Kya karna hai?" I said haircut. He asked, "kaise karu" I mean like what the hell? He doesnt know how to do it? I said u are a creative stylist, what do u think will look good on me? Do something different according to my face, to which he again asked me, "Kaise cut karna hai?" By that time I had already given up on him, and since I had already paid 250 bucks, couldnt even get up and leave and all their other staff including the receptionist were upstairs having lunch. Then he started using the machine and asks me, "Shampoo kab kiya tha?" I said, "Abhi kar ke aaya hoon". He didnt believe me so he asked, "Kaunsa shampoo use kiya?" I said, "Tresemme" to which he didnt utter anything. After he cut my hair, I wasnt satisfied, but had no option to thank him for the mess he made of my hair and leaving. That guy asked me twice during the haircut, "Aap discount coupon leke aaye ho na’Groupon’ ya’Nearbuy’ se?" Both the times I said yes. He didnt style my hair. Generally when a salon charges 500 bucks they blowdry ur hair, use hair wax or gel and set ur hair. This guy didnt even trim my sideburns, upon asking to do that, he said, "Aise hi accha lag raha hai" I was looted, not given the service u would expect from a salon. The barber shop in my area which charges 100 rupees for a creative hair cut is 1000 times better than such big name’Salons’. The people working here think by coloring their hair and tattooing their body they are the best hair stylists, then they are wrong. One more thing I noticed in this salon was, two employees sitting on the stairs very close to each other(male and female) and getting all cozy and touchy with hand in hands. They may be friends or in relationship or married to each other, thats none of my business, but such behavior at the place of work in front of customers shouldn’t be tolerated. My experience was pathetic, I am never stepping my foot again in that salon and neither I am going to recommend my family or friends there. The next day I had to go to my local barber shop, pay that guy 100 bucks and get my haircut corrected. He did a wonderful job at 5 times less the price. Shezaad at Lemon, Kandivali(West), I have never seen someone as dumb and pathetic as u at work u have chosen to do. To sum it up, if u have a discount voucher, they wont give u the service that they give to walk-in customers paying the actual amount that they charge.
