Recovery is alarmingly bad

Relationship manager Mr Nikunj Maheswari and Vishal Agarwal, recovery agent Aditya Prakash, Ceo Ekmeet Singh, all are bzy blaming covid and RBI for defaults, they are helping defaultors to run away with Lender’s money. when there’s a problem of recovery where your money is stuck and maybe lost don’t even think of their support and recovery , big big talks . All false promises, i have 3 lakhs stuck with them for over 12 months , they won’t take my calls and even aftr repeated mails to the ceo Mr Ekmeet Singh or Aditya Prakash of recovery dept or relationship managers Nikunj Maheshwari and Vishal Agarwal has done nothing besides verbal assurances and blaming Covid, . Wilful Defaultors are enjoying with our hard earned and these crooks have little botheration or fear of action as Lendbox is onky interested in disbursement of loans not on recovery.As lender’s we are crying for our hard earned money .


NO GRIEVANCE SUPPORT SYSTEM,


APPROACH RBI IS ONLY OPTION .

Hello Mr Ravinder S Gyani, first of all we would like to appreciate the fact that you are still actively investing with us.We regret that there are some loans in your portfoilio which are not performing well. Out of total portfolio more than 50% is in low risk loans, and these loans are being paid almost on time. Most of the delays are in high risk loans and these delays have started only after the March 2020 due to this entire COVID-19 forced lockdown. Many borrowers are facing the jobloss and we are also not able to initiate full throttle recovery process due to moratorium period given by RBI also legal courses have halted because courts are not giving dates for loan matters.As informed over call, we are constantly trying to figure out alternative ways to collect the overdues and some of these overdues have already started coming. We are hopefull that in coming days situation will only improve.
