I had been investor of Lendbox way back in 2016 and I had lend some money to 6 borrowers through lendbox platform with tenure ranging between 18-24 Months. Still they dint take any action to recover the money from 2 borrowers and now we are in 2020. I had escalated the same to CEO and was brought to his notice and initially he had put some effort and delegated his collection team for recovery and they managed to get one emi and there is no response from them after that .I kept on escalating for pending emis to Lend box and to my suprise I was shocked to receive mail from lendbox that your Loan account may be written off and I was annoyed that how can lendbox write off the loan which I had offered through their platform without my consent and they favour only the loan defaulters. Their collection agent Aditya Prakash dint support us properly and he didn’t fulfill our promises by collecting money from defaulters. I advise to protect your hard earned money by staying away from Lendbox. I wish there was option to give Zero stars.
