I purchase this laptop before 5 months ago. This laptop works best on windows 8.1, I use mostly all the windows in this system but I feel comfortable and and fast in windows 8.1 It is very easy to use and operate this laptop. The processor and the display quality is also good. The batter backup is also good. It is a value for money product. From the day when I purchase this laptop till now I don’t found any type of complaint and any problem with this laptop. So, I don’t need to contact the service center or costumer support.
