Two months back I have purchased a new mobile phone "Lenovo A269i".
I have purchased this phone just for the brand name i.e. Lenovo, I thought the phone will be good in speed & performance will be good.
I had gifted this phone to my parents.
We have not installed too much Apps in this phone except three or four regular apps that also stored in external memory card not in internal memory of phone.
But after using this phone we are quite surprise that the performance of this phone is totally 3rd class as like some cheap class chinese phone, Even chinese phone is giving better performance nowadays.
Below listed is the problem faced with this phone:
Phone is getting hang quite often
Getting restart many time
Malfunctioning
Sometime not ringing
Sometime unable to access any feature except ON/OFF
Sometime unable to access Messaging service
Unable to handle Whatsapp on regular basis
Upon using keypad/dialer sometime key press sound coming from main speaker.
Upon contacting Lenovo they give some silly excuses/suggestions.
I have wasted my money just for the sake of Brand Lenovo & now I am totally disappointed.
I think they are just stamping & selling cheap chinese mobile phone as Lenovo.
I will not recommend this product to anyone & I am requesting all please don’t buy Lenovo mobile phones in future.
