This is very bad experience with Lenovo product second time, after previous bad experience with Lenovo yoga tab.so I am sharing you the certain problems which are horrible while using this phone, and the problems are below.
-battery was firmly getting fitted inside battery slot and Its very difficult to take out battery to insert mobile SIM card.
-.heating issues; you cannot even talk more than 5 mins phone heats up too much
- battery life for 5 to 6 hours only, tried discharging and charging again
-.also the screen guard from Lenevo is not that good.
-heating problem- continue use of device more then 10 min
quality of material is very low.
camera quality is very poor(in zoom).
I don’t want to give any star to this product but I have to( cause without that I am unable to give this valuable review to all my friends who are planning to purchase this device).
Cons are mostly minor and irritants rather than issues:
Not many options for back covers. Had to buy a transparent cover on eBay.
USB connection is on the top rather than bottom. Looks awkward.
No backlit buttons unlike Redmi Note.
Only 8 GB onboard memory. However it can take 32 GB card.
Only one Sim is LTE / 4G enabled. Second Sim is 2G.
so finally I would say that its name should be Heating Machine & Useless phone
