When my phone display had a problem in last one month of warranty period, there service centre in jaipur cheated by not giving anything in writing to us. they were simply trying to shoo us away by giving multiple reasons like buttons are broken etc . they asked us to change the motherboard and asked for 3000 rs for a 70000 rs phone in warranty period.
nothing was given in writing to us. we were asked to pay a second visit to the service centre and this time they took out our tempered glass and installed new software but there was no resolution of the display problem.
After lot of research and mailing to many mail ids one person Padma started responding on mails. I felt completely at a loss when communicating with her. It felt like I am talking to a robot who does not understand even English properly.
Instead of resolving the problem she was infuriating us by instructing us to do things for lenovo.I may have written 30 mails to them and now they are saying they are ready to pay 25% after talking to management as a goodwill gesture.Kindly stay away from these substandard chinese companies who are cheating Indians. Firstly they do not have spare parts available for mobile phones and secondly spare parts will cost you half of the phone cost.
