From my personal experience it is one of the bad laptop ever by lenovo.I’ll buy these before 1month and now it’ll at not like to work. it takes almost 5 minutes to open( very slow) . And it has also very much heating and hang problem , at the time of playing games. Keyboard functioning is too bad .
It has very low Processor and not so good feature that like to buy it. I’ll buy it by looking it’s outer look but it is not good in internal feature.
And now a days in this price range there are so much good laptop in market with good features so you look for these.It’s service and support is very good, when I claim my Report to customer service they agree to get retrun it.
