I have been using this machine for the last 4 years for office purposes as well as for personal use. Honestly speaking, I have never found any fault in this laptop. Onsite warranty service provided by Lenovo is excellent! Customer care is very supportive and helpful. The battery backup is still around 2 hours even after 4 years of buying it. I would always recommend to buy Lenovo laptops over other brands such as Dell or hp.
If you’re looking for a laptop for basic functionality and not heavy usage or gaming purpose, then definitely go for it. It’s a good buy. You won’t regret having this product. I’m still in love with it!
