I am presently using this product for over 1year. No problem in it whatsoever. It is still the same fast processing as a new laptop would do. The battery backup could have been improved. The speakers are placed beneath the laptop so the major portion of the sound gets blocked. The touchscreen is very responsive. One disappointment is that it does not come with a DVD/CD writer so external DVD writer is needed to be used. It rotates upto 270° that is the tent mode. The display is highly reflective so video viewing is difficult in very bright light environment. Overall the product is very good. I am satisfied with it.
