First I use this laptop parshali is easy to use all the function is awsome quality is is best hard plactick the camara is best and all the te app are best its best and useabale to all to kids elders and all gendral but lenovo service is not to bad not to good but the service center is best of this laptop the value is best I took this laptop for 29000 and I got one 8gb pendrive free I think I shoud take anty viris so all my frinds this is use full take it. thanks
