I have been using this Laptop since 1.5 years and there were few issues and it was due to natural calamities so I will not blame the company or Laptop. The best ever Laptop used after Dell.
Ease Of Use - It is very simple and almost everything is in front of you. If you have internet available just, type in with the keyword and you will get the help pages online supported or provided by the Lenovo.
Service And Support - I really don’t know even if Dell would go to the extra mile to help the customer but Lenovo would do that.
I had multiple issues with the Laptop and again I admit it was due to natural calamities.
Charger was dried due to shock circuit at home. Screen was shamed as it fell down.
Both the times, I just called them and informed the situation and very next 2 days the service engineer was at home and fixed it and said please do let us know if you come across any issues with regards to the Laptop. It is still under warranty and we will be glad to assist you.
They are very professional and live upto our expectations. I wasn’t charged anything for the service.
