now my personal experience
Its a great laptop for regular usage
But I won’t suggest this for heavy gamers
win 10 provides a great working platform
User interface is quite smooth as per my usage
graphics are ok not so good
customer service - it is good as there is some problem with my hard disk after 8-9 months of usage it was corrupted and lenovo changed hard disk of my laptop without any extra cost and with in 3 days so 5 star for service
