The laptop has very short battery backup. If you watch a movie of two to three hours with full brightness then its battery??will discharge upto 15 to 16% . So, you have to lower the brightness for more battery backup. The laptop is not user friendly.
The services and support of intel and lenovo is quite good. You can get all driver updates free on their website.
The webcam of the laptop is very bad. The quality of the capture is very low. Every thing will be black in the image.
RAM of the laptop is good upto 4 GB but not too good. After 6-8 months of purchase the laptop started crashing and hanging. Many applications took lot of time to open in it after 6-8 months of purchase.
For some small games and general use the laptop is best but it cannot run higher animation making softwares. Games like GTA 5 and Sleeping Dogs lags too much in this laptop. So, the laptop is only good for playing games like Prince Of Persia, The Incredible Hulk etc.
The CPU of the laptop is good but the graphics card is not too good for playing games as the graphics card does not has its own memory it uses ram as its memory. So, thats why your game may hang too much.
The speakers of the laptop are good but the microphone in laptop is not too good as it does not record better quality sounds.
At last, If you are a good gamer than I won’t recommend you to purchase this laptop.
