Worst Service Ever...

I purchased the laptop almost a year ago. Before a week it suddenly stopped working and after that the laptop didn’t started. I got this issue to service center, they told the motherboard needs to be replaced.


Today its more that 7 days but the issue is still not resolved, when I called to the toll free number they told me yesterday that the part has not reached to service center, the part has been shipped and will be received by the service center soon, you will receive your laptop before Diwali.


But when I again checked the status of the issue it showed the ETA as 15th November, 2014, so I called the toll free number and they told the part is not available and will be available by 15th Nov, 2014. It means that the part will be delivered to service center by 15th Nov, 2014 and it will take 2-3 days more to get my laptop fixed. The whole thing above means it takes more than 1 month for such a big company lenovo to get a laptop fixed.
