I have recently purchased a laptop that has started showing hardware problems. Also doesn’t have courtesy to talk & even to pick phone. However whatever lenovo was offering under independence day offer seems fake.As they don’t respond on phone or mail & later take side by saying that you have not made the the payment within specified time for warranty extension.
Lenovo laptops are the worst service offer. It su*ks. Share this as much as you can.I hope they will at least show the courtesy to revert on social site.
