I bought Lenovo G505 in 2015 from Reliance digital outlet. My reasons to buy this were that it was affordable and had good enough features for daily usage. It has a RAM of 4 GB and a 500 GB HDD space. It also has a CD drive.
Only within 1 year of usage, the motherboard of laptop malfunctioned alongwith the keyboard and we had to replace them both, which costed us Rs. 5000! Lenovo customer service were very unhelpful and useless. We called them numerous times, they didn’t pick up the call. Then when we told them the issue, they told that their service agent will come, which never happened. Finally, we had to get it serviced from a local shop at high price! Later, the laptop’s body also got damaged because of poor build quality.
Do not buy from Lenovo. Their customer service is unprofessional and their products are defective and cheap quality. Better stick to HP or Acer.
