I have recently suffered bad experianced from this lenovo F309 1 tb hardisk .this company is like fraud company . all Lenovo products are Chinese Products only. Please do not expect Service like Dell or Hp. After calling they won’t even listen your queries, same goes with Asus. They Charge less, service less. But due to luck or Click if your product is working well and Good else running behind their Service Provider is a Himalayan task. If you want variety, different product, cheap product go for Lenovo or Else switch brand.
Warranty certificate and one other document in the product carton are in Chinese. No English translation which Leaves customer in total darkness about his obligations. Manufacturer can put onus on customer if a dispute arises in future. Can not even fathom if product needs registration to avail warranty. Went to Lenovo site but it lists all Lenovo products except portable hard disks. Unable to register my purchase. Whole deal looks very suspicious. Better to keep away from such products till Lenovo, seller or Amazon clarify the matter.
