During past, I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 32OE Laptop and after two months of normal use, the problems started resulting.Performance was bad, slow, unresponsive and not able to log into the web pages.I sent it to Lenovo repair depot.They only did a factory system reset and update the drivers(software touch ups) which did not solve its hardware problem and it was sent again to them followed by same problem.Lenovos highest customer support manager emailed saying, "I am not allowed to do any refunds or replacement of the unit due to company policies on warranty and parts and recommend to take the laptop for repair at Best Buy".Lenovo does not honor even their written warranty agreement. According to me, Lenovo product should not be purchased as it results in wastage of our money only.
