Well it’s late now from the time I bought this laptop and I have to say that at first it worked smoothly just as any other new device and I was happy with the product but as time passed it went slow and now such condition has come that I have to wait atleast 10 minutes after opening my laptop so it can load. The laptop, if over all looked at, is fine and easy to use. But now I am really fed up of this laptop as it’s too slow. The services and support I received by the company were good but the product is now a headache for me.
