This laptop has been troubling from day 1. The laptop heats up so much that it is hard to hold this and work. The whole left side and bottom of laptop heats. Also the camera is of a very bad quality and keeps shutting down after a few minutes of usage. These problems were from the first month of usage. I took a premium care package and asked for a replacement which they didn’t entertain as it doesent fit their DOA policy Dead on Arrival don’t even no what it means or what sense that term makes. When asked for a resolution they said will be sending a technician with a replacement camera heatsink some gel and wires exact words of the customer support miss sneha from priority team. How would you feel if that is told to you in the firstt 4 months of your laptop having spent 50000 plus to purchase. Utter disappointment feel cheated and at loss.
Have sent laptop to service center kept for 3 days but no luck. Alread have registered 4 tickets but no resolution yet. Lenovos quality is declining please switch to asus hp much better and cheaper laptops I would recommend
