Lenovo is a brand to trust but this time it disappointed me when I purchased Lenovo Ideapad. It visually looks good but fails to deliver. First thing first. I thought it would be pretty hardcore, but the screen cover is of fiber and you really have to careful with it while using. I think HP, Sony and other manufacturer products are far better compared to this at the same price range. Add to my misery, within two months the laptop was not functioning. When I sought for Service and support it took them two months to replace the product. Actually they couldn’t figure out what was the problem with the system, so they finally replaced it. It may be an isolated event, but the experience with the product and service really disappointed me.
