I purchased a lenovo laptop from croma. Before purchase I had confirmed from lenovo the benefits I will get. I wast told that it comes with 1 yr mcafee lic. Inspite of Lenovo claiming to provide Mcafee with 1 year validity they have not done so. In fact they are telling me to contact dealer.
Dealer tells me to contact Lenovo and I keep going in circle. Emails to lenovo customer service goes unanswered. Phones are not picked up quickly. Infact on one occassion I was told by the support person that he does not have time for solving another issue I reported to them. I will never recommend anyone to buy lenovo if such is the support they provide. Emails to their MD (email id is shared publicly by them on their website) went unanswered.
