I purchased this phone online via Flipkart for around 10k rupees. When it arrived I was really impressed and the phone was running smoothly. Yet, I was a little disheartened after seeing a complete plastic build quality. It had some heating issues while gaming but that didn’t bother me too much because it handled them well without lag. But the real problem started when the speakers went off, no ringing, no sound for absolutely no fault from my side because I hadn’t dropped it even once. This happened 6 months after I purchased. I had to talk to customer care but they said that this did not come under warranty and I was not impressed after hearing that. So I had to repair them from Local repairman after shelling some extra bucks from my side. So, the customer service from Lenovo was bad.
Again, 6-7 months passed by and this time it was the screen that was not working. Screen had gone completely black however the phone was booting up, but no display on screen. But by this time my warranty period was over. I checked with the company and they said I would require a screen replacement and it would cost around 2k rupees. Reluctantly, I changed it after some time and it now works fine. But I have stopped using it as my primary smartphone and now I am using it just as Hotspot for Wifi while travelling.
So overall, I would not recommend this phone and the product is far from qualifying in the Value for Money category. I have also attached the purchase proof.
