I got this phone on Christmas 25 dec 2015, with a great offer from flipkart.
after using this for two months I am writing my experience. special for the so called heating issues.
OS is android 5.0
over all this is very good phone. I am using it for movie watching and business use as well.
camera, graphics, display resolution, ram are too good in this budget.
one major concern is battery backup.
camera flash, images, autofocus, video recording(1080) are best in class.
good performance For mid level graphics games. 2gb ram is good, no hang issue, no ram lag is there.
Heating issue: YES this phone heats up while playing games for more than 1 hour, but this is not a big problem for me.
I dont now about lenovo service because I never really need to go there, as my phone is working fine.
over all this is good phone.
