Sound is loud enough for listening music and picking calls but on maximum volume sound quality decreases.
Phone is user friendly. I did not face any hasstle using this phone. The user interface of phone looks similar to atock android so no problem handling this.
Phone has good looks regarding it's price range but fir to it's bigger battery it looks very bulkier specially when you use a case with this.
