Worst Responses By Lenovo's Service Executive:

This is about so called big brand Lenovo’s service to their customers. They only want money but don’t want to give service.


I had given my laptop on 13th May 2014 for repair. They said it will be done in one week. When I called them after 1 week one lady picked the call named chethna then they asked for one more week and said it will be ready by 25th May 2014, one 25th again they said that mother board is not working and it is ordered from Mumbai and will reach by 30th May. When I called them on 30th May again that lady told me some stories and tried making me fool and told that by 8th June it will be done as the courier has not reached here.


So finally when I called them today once again they again started their idiotic stories and told that lady is on leave and she will be back after 22nd June so please call after 22nd June. When I went their today to collect my laptop they did not even know that in which hole they have kept my laptop.


Finally after one hour they found my laptop then the charger was missing when I asked for charger there was guy called Vinod he said that I have not given the charger although it was mentioned on the bill clearly. When his BSM told him that he has given charger also and it mentioned on the bill then he started shouting on his BSM that “DID YOU SEE WHEN HE WAS GIVING THE CHARGER”? This is the way that illiterate idiot started talking to his own BSM in front of other customers also. I think either Lenovo is giving this kind of worst services or they are hiring idiots.
