After two months of my purchase my lenovo 56Q models enter key came
out. I went to the serice provider in Bangalore at Domlur. The request
was to repair the enter key… Finally I was told that I will be given a
new keyboard.
After one week I got the call from the Service Center and was asked for
the price. I agreed to make payment- see the inconvenience caused here.
Till now no action has been taken and every time I am calling to the
service center the response is “We are expecting the shipment by
to-day”
Finally on 15th March I went there and Laxmi and Ganesh tried to help
me and connectedme with one lady named Deepa(Head for spares parts
ditribution for India and reachable @ 09212255395)and she told that
she will take care(Since last one month even the Delhi customer care
are telling the same.) Hopefully Lenovo will take care of this small
issues so that their customers will not loose their productivity in the
unnecessary delay of the spare parts and if one part is chargeable
please tell then and there itself, unlike my case, where it was told to
be “free for the customer” and after one week it became “to be paid by
the customer”.
Please emphasize on retaining the customers to get repeated business
instead of making them unhappy for this small amount and delay.
