I purchased this laptop for study purpose, my friends suggested to buy lenovo laptop. but the hard disk of the laptop failed after 3 days of purchase. I am disappointed by this damage . but the lenovo service center replace the damaged hard disk into new with genuine window
I am really appreciates the service, now its 3rd year of my laptop still it works without any problem. I am realy happy by comparing others laptops into my laptop.my friends purchased laptop toshiba sony dell .and that laptop causes the problems like hard disk failure, mother board problem and windows problem etc, but my lenovo is stil in good condition
