I am use the lenovo service and I am very happy because lenovo service are very fast to compare to other budget laptop company and lenovo G560 laptop are very usefull for home and commerical but this laptop gaming performance are not good so depend on you you are purchase this product or not I am very happy this laptop and ram are 4gb this is enough for basic use and prosseser are very fast no lagging problem and this laptop look are very cool and unique and thanks I think you like my opinion
