Lenovo Legion 5 Pro (Disappointment)

My experience with the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro has been so bad that I have to warn others. When I bought it, I thought I was investing in a premium gaming laptop. The specs looked great, performance in the first few months was okay, but after that it all went downhill FAST.

First, the screen started flickering and going black randomly. Then the GPU gave up, and later even the USB ports stopped working. Can you imagine a “gaming laptop” that can’t even handle normal usage without breaking?

The biggest frustration is not just the poor build quality, but the pathetic customer service. I had an extended warranty, but every time I asked for support, Lenovo gave me excuses. One time they said it was “customer damage” even though my laptop was barely a year old and used with extreme care. Engineers came, but instead of fixing, they made things worse. Replacement parts take weeks, and you’re left without your laptop. And don’t even get me started on their support calls it feels like they’re trained to waste your time until you give up.

For such an expensive laptop, this kind of unreliability is completely unacceptable. I regret choosing Lenovo over other brands like ASUS or MSI. At least they respect their customers.
