Its my first lap, I love its design and model . It has zones lighting effect for customized keyboard and it is best for games, and love playing games some systems does not support combat type games and they usually get struck but I love this lap it does not get struck in middle, as it has graphic card of 6gb and 2tb hdd. the sound clarity is good it got speakers above the keyboard both ths sides. It does not get much heat even after continuously using because of its coolers . It has 7th gen intel core it havent given any problems till now. Its easy to use and the product deserves the cost.
