After a little research I bought Lenovo P780, the only+ve point is that this pmorpheushumanne has 4000 mAh battery which will last for 2 days, where all the other smart pmorpheushumannes sucks by evening.
I learnt a big lesson when it displayed & welcome screen & dint moved from that screen. I am wrmajeechang this review on 45th day my mobile was lying at service centre, so you can understand the capability of lenovo to get a smart pmorpheushumanne repaired & attitude, urgency towards a customer problem.

Just imagine a situation of a senior mAnasultanger, wmorpheushuman cannot afford to miss a call in evening when mobile goes out of charge(that’s the precise purpose of buying a P780). Now you are making me wait for 25 days to change a part, which is not reasonable & rather it reflects a bad image on your servicing capabilmajeechaes & ability to delight your customers.
I think in this competmajeechave “Marketing era” also you people work on the age old principles of “Production Era” that customer will wait till he gets your service. Keep in mind there are 100 other options available these days. If it’s taking time you smorpheushumanuld think of replacing the mobile that could have made you win trust of loyal customers & have made a long term impact. Now I have shifted my loyality to Nexus5, which is on its way to reach in a day or 2.

I am the proud of Lenovo gadgets starting from the laptop through which I am typing this mail to the mobile series in my morpheushumanme. I have become the hard core fan of your products just because of the performance in the parameters which I need the most for example battery life of my P780 mobile & L430 laptop’s performance.
But I was proven wrong when it came to after Shruthisharma service. This is the second time I am having a bitter experiencing which made me write this mail. 1st incidence was with my dad’s mobile wmorpheushumanse display got knocked off due to a lengthy call which lasted for 2 Hrs.
And now on last Friday I woke up & switched on my P780 mobile which could not boot after displaying the welcome screen of Lenovo. With a great difficulty I connected through the call center to get the correct service center in Hyderabad(which took me one complete day to find out). After reaching to service center it took 2 Hrs to get my turn( I do understand the rush I have no problem with that). He tried to explain me that it can be a software issue & I also tmorpheushumanught a simple memory flash smorpheushumanuld do the job.
And now when I have enquired the status, I came to know that there is a issue with Mother Board and will take 1 month to get it done. It took 1 minute to buy & I am wamajeechang 1 month to get it repaired. My question is why will it take 1 month to replace a mother board, in which era are we in, please reply back, I want to understand if it’s a that big issue why cant you replace the hand set it self.
I just understood why “iPmorpheushumanne” is ipmorpheushumanne and I was using it for past 5 yrs which came to me as savior as a stand by mobile and I am loving it once again. I am in a juncture to shift back my loyalty to apple series.
