Worst postsales support/cheap products from Lenovo

I bought a Lenovo - P780 on Amazon approximately one month back. Till today I have been a ardent promoter for Lenovo and I sincerely regret that I ever promoted this phone. Unfortunately phone got slipped and the screen broke. I was looking out for Lenovo service center to pay for the damage and get a new screen.


But, You guys are the worst Post Sales support I have ever seen. Frankly this is the most important aspect and you guys have outsourced this only. I had called this service center for umpteen times but nobody had the time or the courtesy to pick the phone. I had to roam around in madness of Nehru place for an hour to find your service center and to my surprise this was an outsourced operations and many other lenovo customers who were facing similar problems.


This outsourced service center of yours had the most unprofessional service centers I have ever seen. Rather than hiring technicians to resolve customers problems, these guys are goons who are further harassing already disgruntled customer. Coming back to my problem, I signed a job sheet to get the touchscreen replaced with a new one that too at inflated cost of 8300. To add salt to injury, this new screen was no way near my original screen and looked and felt totally b-grade material. Moreover, While taking the phone back they drop a bomb informing the PCB has been broken which FYI was working fine earlier as I had already operational sim in the phone. Now these guys broke / damaged the PCB of my phone and demanded that I pay up 8300 immediately. Once I pay this 8300, only then they will raise a request for this PCB and I would have to wait for another 7-10 business working days( bullshit - this means 3 weeks) to get this piece and only then will my phone be operational. Really, 13000 phone and I have to spend 8500 for the screen within 2 months and wait for another 3 weeks to get this repaired, Are you guys serious or what?


This was not end of it, on raising the concern I found there were 7 other customers in the same room with same phone facing exactly same problem. There was this customer who was waiting for this same PCB for past 21 days and these apathetic so called technicians were asking this guy to call to the customer care or wait for another 15 days.


This is where I lost all my hope in Lenovo, where it not only duped me with a very very cheap product but a really really apathetic so called service center with really no capability to service anything but a cash collection center to further dupe the customers.


I sincerely request you guys to take this cheap product back from me because I have no intentions of dealing with you guys any more. Really really sad that I trusted in Lenovo. I am reachable on+91-9910206346, if you guys ever want to accept your mistakes and do something about it.
