Lenovo,
A trust worthy brand, I always considered it as a one of the good brands where I rely in terms of hardware, service and Quality Check for their best known electronics and IT products.
I have been using Thinkcentre as a desktop, diehard thinkpad fan as laptop and hence got 1 trendy looking mobile phone, Lenovo S 580. Slim Black with Quad core processor and 1 Gb RAM, and 8 GB Internal memory was happy with the phone.
after 6 months My phone started arising problems, and display got screwed with no physical damage. took it to service center and they changed the Display screen in 10 days by the time I bought new one. they changed my display screen but screwed my phones charging connector. Again went back to Service center to TECHNOTRONIX - lenovo Service center, they replied very bluntly " its an damage and cannot be covered in warranty" not even bothered to have look by opening the handset. I took it to local repairer he charged me Rs50 and just soldered the connector. I was expecting this service from "THE LENOVO".
Technotronix is a service center in KALYAN near to my location ie around 20 kms, total time and travelling wasted.
I would suggested better buying spice or any other cheap product but lenovo not recommended.
Nice Experience from Lenovo.
