I has been use this hard disk since last 6 month still not got any issue but the it performance little slower look pretty good It has an indicator light which show data transferring status about customer service I have no Idea because still I have no got any issue in this hard disk drive so . this hard dick drive is cheap in price RS-3500/- where other brand Hard Disk drive price RS-5000/- in same category I am satisfied with this product at this price its full fills my need at the end this is truly value for money product
