Okay, I’ll say it upfront - I couldn’t afford an Apple so I went in for the Lenovo Tab. No regrets - it is a handy, high-performance tablet that enables me to surf the internet, use my social media handles, and watch movies - which is why I bought it.
It is heavier than the Apple and Samsung tablets but I see that as a sign of good build quality. When I watch movies, the video quality and sound are both excellent. It pretty fast too - no lag on touch, no buffering or delays while loading videos or apps.
The battery life is adequate. Once it is fully charged, it provides 8 to 10 hours of support when I use it constantly(watching movies over the weekend, for example).
The camera isn’t too bad. One doesn’t expect a great camera on a tab since it is used more for video calls and less for photography, but from a general point of view, the camera is pretty good, especially under bright lighting conditions(like sunlight).
I am glad I went in for the Lenovo Tab. It is a great addition to my "IT infrastructure".
