Eagerness and curiosity to get a new laptop on board gets you on full-on techy mode. A search goes from Apple-HP-Lenovo-Dell-etc to many others(per your requirement). To say I got a brand-new Lenovo V130 ThinkPad in the 1st week of April, 2019. The lap had all the required specifications and configurations required for me on daily bases. While I started using the laptop, I started facing some minute errors such as getting lap getting hang and some minor power issues. For 2 and a half months I we as I was on a business trip to Chennai, Bangalore up and forth in the time period, as in that time I had left my brand-new laptop home unattained to any of my family members. When I returned in the last week of July, took out my brand-new lap(which was in the same condition I left) and while using it I started facing some major problems which I thought of notifying to the companys’ service. So, I called the Lenovo care and notified the problem on August 3, 2019, for the below-mentioned problems:

Unprecedented shutdowns
Laptop getting heated Later when the engineer arrived and replaces the laptop fan August 9, 2019 as which was also making noise, but the root cause was not looked into. The problem increased gradually on August 10 to high severity on 11, 2019, with the following issues:
Above numbered problems increased at a drastic rate, additionally
Multiple shutdowns within a couple of minutes after restarting the laptop.
The laptop did not get started for at least an hour or 2. Even after getting started it shut down immediately. Still the problem resolution is under process and yet to be surveyed by the company service engineer. For an everyday use and utility purpose a laptop with such performance is very disturbing to work.
