Lenovos customer care service is the worst ever. The hard disk of the new laptop crashed and then they take a week in sending the engineer to come inspect the laptop, take a picture of the crashed hard disk. The engineer is not equipped to fix the problem on the spot. He only come with a bill book to give you a receipt.
And then they are taking more than 10 days to change a hard disk - apparently coz the Lenovo guys only dont have the hard disk available with them!!! They also have to place the order for it. And they have no idea when will they receive it!!! Perfect example of a bad, ill-equipped brand.
