Hello every one to day I will share my experience about Lenovo thinkpad laptop . I am
buying this product in on line shopping e commerce . It is so expensive but
configuration is not good . I am buying this product november 2016 worth 25000 rs
It’s have some specifications operating system windows 10 pro . It’s have 16 GB ram storage 256 GB SSD battery supply 3 cell 42 whatt and display 13.3 HD and 3 USB ports . After 7 months came the display problem . I press the display few minutes than after it works . It’s have USB port problem also when I attached the pendrive into the right side USB port the display is off automatically . I am suffered with this laptop problem . It is so irritating me . I can’t do my work quickly .
User friendly:- It is not user friendly when we run multiple program on it it hanging very oftenly . It’s have average battery life . It runs for only 3 hours if we work continulsly . Battery is getting heated with in few minutes .
Reliabiity &satisfaction:- It’s provides less features and functions so I did not satisfied with this laptop .
Value for money:- It is so expensive but performance is wrost it is completely waste of money . Other company laptops are available in this budget and have extra features and with best configueration .
Service & support;- service and support is also bad once I submitted in service centre than after it working only few days after the problem is come again .
