Last month one of my friend purchase a laptop for one of the most popular ecommerce website in india, the laptop called lenovo v15. After several days of using we find some major issues on the laptop, mainly the heat and performance issues. If we using the laptop continually for several minutes it becomes a iron box. That same week of purchase we contact the customer care and yhey didn’t give us proper solution. They just created a compliant ticket that’s it. After few days they cancelled the ticket without solving our issues. We totally dependent with the lenovo brand. If you are coming to buy new laptop please don’t go with the lenovo brand.
