Please don’t buy this phone because for not buying the phone is pathetic service quality of lenovo. they provide at the service center. I will explain to you in detail I purchased thephone on 23 jan 2016 so it ran quite good for 2 month but after that I was facing some problem on charging so I went to the
lenovo service center on 5 march they saidtheir is some problem in mother board so we need to replace it and need to 10 day’s now after 15 days when I am asking about the phone they are saying that mother board is not availavle at the company so plese communicate with them, so now when you dial their service center numver i.e. 180030007678 they said the are not sesponsible for the
service priovded at the servise center and if you ask any alternate numver they have no number now where to go if you have any hardware problem now in case you go to their wbsite you will find an email. adress sevices_ed@lenovo.com but when you try to reach they will replay to stay calm and thank you for believing in lenoo customer service. they will not inform you any thing about yours phone or any thing like that. my new phone is with them for more than 2 mounth and they don’t have part so now how many days I have to keep with them ido’t know so if you don’t want to suffer like that please don’t buy lenovo k4 note
