My take on Lenovo Vibe K4 Note

Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is a midrange  smartphone by Lenovo priced at 11, 999 exclusively available at Amazon.

The handset packs in features like 5.5inches full HD sceen wid gorilla glass 3 protection, 3GB RAM, Mediatek MT6725 Octacore chipset clocked at 1.3GHz  wid Mali T720 GPU, 16 gb internal storage, 3300 mAh battery, 13mp rear n 5mp front cam, fingerprint scanner n dual front firing speakers, Dual  SIM slots n MicroSD card expansion .

Build:

Build quality is pretty good, total plastic build with metal on sides, battery is sealed inside, shamphered  edges, Fingerprint scanner behind n the plastic back is removable . Screen Quality:

Screen quality is very good, 1080p screen doesn’t disappoint, works well in outdoor conditions!

UI: Android 5.1.1 wid Vibe UI on top, no lagginess, very snappy, very responsive, has an app drawer now, will surely get Android 6.0 update in near future .

Battery Life:

Battery life is very good . Gives 4-4.5 hours of SOT, but no fast charging support .

Performance n Gaming:

Apps switching is easy n lucid, Gaming is just pathetic n sluggish on this device! Definitely a phone not for gaming!

Camera:

Rear cam is very good in natural n outdoor conditions, struggles in indoor n artificial lighting, No OIS, Front cam is better than rear cam . Camera quality is above average .

Miscellaneous:

Fingerprint scanner works well, accurate n is very fast . Audio quality through front firing dual speakers is amazing( thanks to Dolby Atmos), Cellular reception n call quality is NOT good.Quality got muddy with longer calls( longer than 5 mins), buttons r not backlit .The handset heats up a little even with normal usage like browsing( 42-43 degrees) but I’m sure Lenovo can fix that with a software update!

As an added feature, the TheatreMax functionality works really good with the bundled VR headsets!

So to sum it up, this handset does offer some really good  specs for the price of 12K. But it does have it’s own cons . Overall very nice device by Lenovo.but the one thing I hate is they should hav provided a

better chipset and GPU for better gaming performance!
