If you are thinking to buy a smartphone at the range about 12000 - 13000.then my suggestion is that you should buy Lenovo k5 note.This pphone is available in two types of RAM.3gb and 4 gb with 12000 & 13500 amount respectively.if u buy it online u will get some extra discount .( I will like to advice you to buy on flip kart) .The phone has excellent look, it’s very slim too and very easy to use.It’s front and back camera is of 8 mp and 13 mp respectively.battery back up is also very good.( 3500mah) .Believe me all the above suggestions are based on my experience.So without thinking go for it.
