The K5 vibe non plus version still has a Snapdragon 615( maybe even 616 underclocked chip) . The main board is m8916, but the chip with specs and speed stampled on the board is MSM8939 Snabdragon 615. At least this is my opinion after reading forums, after I tested mine with many hardware info aps like CPU Z and CPU X>m etc. The snapdragon is 615, so this could be making it equal to a lus which has board 8939 with snag 615, and non plus is board 8916 with snap 615. Another app detected my non plus as board M8916, chip qualcom MSM8939 and Snapdragon 615, so even though the HW benchmarks are lower than K5 Plus, being with higher resolution display, you may even have better performance with the same Hardware on the lower 1280x720 resolution, which is still perfectly enough for 5 inch
