Just exactly after one month of usage the phone’s microphone stopped working, prohibiting me to avail the return back policy.this forced me to go to the lenovo service center, only to find bunch of other guys holding tokens .
and one guy siting next to me asked "is it the k4 or k5". my token number was 19 .
that is not where the story ends there were bunch of other guys who were complaining about the service and asking for refunds.it took me about 2 hrs to submit my mobile and get the invoice .

even though Mediatek offers higher clock speed, it dissipates heat very much.i strongly recommend you to buy snapdragon processor.even though snapdragon 617 used in g4, mi 4i may be old it has higher benchmark scores .
